Terms of service

The plain-English rules for working with TLNA. Last updated October 12, 2026.

These terms apply when you sign up for a TLNA plan or service. “TLNA,” “we,” and “us” mean TLNA of Texas. “You” means the business that signs up.

1. What we provide

We provide the services in the plan you choose: website design and hosting, the TLNA POS software, and, on Growth and Pro, help with Google, listings, posts, and reviews. Each plan is described on our pricing page.

2. Plans and billing

3. Cancelling

4. Who owns what

5. Website changes

6. Your responsibilities

7. Limits

We work hard to keep TLNA running, but no online service is available 100% of the time. We don’t guarantee search rankings, review counts, or sales results. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas.
