This policy covers the TLNA website. The TLNA POS app has its own POS privacy policy that covers salon, staff, and client data.
What we collect
- When you fill in the Get started form: your name, salon name, city, phone, email if you give it, and what you tell us about your salon.
- Your language choice, saved in your browser so the site remembers it.
What we don’t collect
- No payment card numbers.
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No selling or sharing of your information for marketing.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and talk with you about TLNA.
- To set up your website or POS if you become a client.
Who stores it
Form requests are stored securely with Supabase, our database provider in the United States. This website is hosted by Vercel. Only the TLNA team can see your request.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we delete your request within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
